Ted Craddock, “Quietas Castra: A Short History.” A group of Lynchburg residents started camping in Bath County at the turn of the 20th century. The lecture covers the origins of the organization, Lynchburg families and development of the camp.

Miriam's House 14th Annual Luncheon
Miriam’s House 14th Annual Luncheon “Bridge to a Brighter Future" - Miriam’s House is a transitional housing program in Lynchburg providing services to homeless women and their children since 1994. Through attendance at their 14th Annual Luncheon, the community has an opportunity to support their work of providing a stable and safe home to an otherwise homeless family. The luncheon consists of a delicious meal and informative, inspirational program including the personal story of a current resident.
