You're invited to join the staff of the James River Association for an informational session about their new River Hero Home certification program.  They will be reviewing the program requirements and how to apply, and will answer your questions!

Meditation with Shivabalananda

A special event at the Peace Practice - As increasing numbers of Westerners become interested in meditation for stress relief and personal development, beginners as well as those with a long-term, daily practice seek the wisdom of Eastern masters for guidance and understanding.

The Peace Practice is pleased to offer a silent meditation with  Swami Shivabalananda, a long-term, very close and direct disciple of Sri Sri Sri Shiva Bala Yogi Maharaj for 34 years. The event will be hosted as part of his 2012 US Tour.  All are welcome to join us for the silent meditation, using a choice of comfortable chairs or floor cushions, followed by prasad, traditional refreshments shared as a gift offering to the deities.
